Upon entering the in and out driveway surrounded with lush tropical planting, there is a covered parking area with sensor lighting. With steps up to the imposing large wooden pivot door, walking through the large entranceway, you are met with a stunning view of the beach and ocean beyond.

The large well-equipped kitchen is fitted with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find, a convection hob, double oven, microwave, large stainless fridge, wine cooler and fridge freezer. The large island with dishwasher and boiling water tap has seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. There is also a large BBQ and burner with a built-in Fridge and Ice Maker on the terraces to the Beachside, making al fresco dining a must.

The kitchen flows through to the lounge area furnished with a large L-shaped leather sofa, with panoramic views out onto the alfresco dining area, swimming pool and beach to the Caribbean Sea. The two wall-to-wall sliding glass doors flood the property with light and allow uninterrupted views.  WIFI, Cable TV, Surround sound Bose and Sonos music systems, are some of the essential features in the villa.

A/C units are fitted in each room but are rarely used due to the constant trade winds blowing through the villa. There are three spacious bedrooms, all easily accessible on one level. The master suite has its own en-suite bathroom and enjoys fantastic views out over the pool through the large picture window, which is mirrored on the outside for privacy. The en-suite is equipped with a large tub with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The master suite has a Queen size bed with sliding patio doors that open to a covered seating area which is also fitted with electric bug screens. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. Throughout the property’s living areas, the walls are adorned with contemporary artwork. All rooms and outside seating areas have marine-grade stainless contemporary overhead fans fitted to circulate the cooling breeze from the wooden louvre windows.

Covered terraces with ample sumptuous seating and dining table and chair for 12 overlook the beach and are fitted with electric bug screens which also keep the area cool on warmer days so you can comfortably watch the stunning sunsets. The large infinity pool with decorative stepping stones has a seating area with jacuzzi jets. At night this property comes to life with subtle marine-grade LED landscape and LED pool lighting.

The gardens are maturely landscaped surrounding the property providing privacy and colour. The gardens have lemon, lime and banana trees on the grounds. There is direct access on to the beach via a lockable glass gate.
