Jolly Harbour Marina boasts a 24 hour serviced gated community with all the public amenities you would expect in this piece of paradise: a beautiful Marina, Golf Course, the brand-new Sports Village (Athletic Club, pool, tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts) and the Commercial Village, with a fully stocked supermarket, bank ATM, pharmacy, medical practice, hair and beauty salons, real estate agents, car and golf cart rentals and many other services. There is a growing collection of restaurants and bars catering for every taste, from Italian pizza and pasta to Texas barbecue, British pub classics, Mediterranean dining, healthy juice bars and fresh seafood, with plenty of open-air spots along the waterfront to dine and watch the sun go down. Exciting changes are underway. The old Commercial Centre is being redeveloped, and its businesses are currently trading from a temporary waterfront Commercial Village nearby. The new development will add a marina-facing boardwalk with restaurants and shops, along with 80 new 1–3 bedroom marina-view condominiums due for completion in early 2029.

There are weekly sailing competitions and a great way to get to know fellow sailors in the community. Social nights are also arranged and the highlight is the annual Valentines Regatta.
